Park Hill Property Services was built on a shared appreciation for home, craftsmanship, and community. As a young family rooted in Huntington, we understand the value of creating spaces that are both functional and lasting.

Zoey grew up in Huntington, West Virginia, surrounded by family renovation projects and a deep respect for the character of older homes. After time away, she returned home to be closer to family and raise their own here in the community she loves. Trey, originally from Alexandria, Virginia, brings more than 16 years of experience in landscaping, renovation, and property improvement.

Today, we live in Huntington’s historic Park Hills neighborhood — the inspiration behind our company name — where the charm and history of the homes continue to shape the way we approach our work. As parents to a young daughter, with another baby arriving this summer, we’ve built this business around family values, quality craftsmanship, and honest service.

Whether it’s a small landscape project, interior upgrade, or thoughtful home improvement, our goal is simple: to help preserve and improve the homes that make Huntington special, with professionalism, care, and respect for their history.
